Quikpair is repair shop software for India, built for mobile, computer and electronics repair shops that bill in rupees. GST invoices and tax reports

Tax is set per product and can be inclusive or exclusive of the price. Invoices print on A4 or an 80mm thermal printer with your header, footer and terms, and show tax on every line. Business customers and suppliers carry their GST number.

The tax reports cover Sales Tax with a breakdown by tax rate, Purchases Tax, Expenses Tax, Tax Summary and Tax Liability.

UPI, cash and bank in one place

Payment accounts can be cash drawers, bank accounts, cards, UPI or cheque, each with a balance and a statement. Every payment names the account it landed in, and Sales by Payment Method splits takings by cash, card, UPI, transfer or cheque, so the UPI figure can be checked against the bank.

WhatsApp for Indian customers

Customers in India expect updates on WhatsApp. Quikpair sends repair updates and invoice links by WhatsApp or SMS from saved templates. Shops can also connect their own WhatsApp Business number for automatic repair updates and a shared team inbox. Forgotten passwords can be reset by WhatsApp OTP.
