How an electronics repair flows through Quikpair
Open Repairs, tap New and pick the customer, or add them on the spot. Enter the Brand, Item and Issues, the quantity, and the serial number if there is one. Add an Issue Description in the customer's own words.
Under Additional Information, list the Included Items (remote, stand, cables), what is missing, and the Risks the customer accepts before work starts. Take up to 10 photos of the device. Enter the Estimated Cost you quoted, switch on Under Warranty if it applies, assign a technician and set the Repair Collect Date & Time.
Print the job sheet on A4 or 80mm thermal paper, or a barcode sticker with the ticket number. As the work moves, update the status and add notes and photos to the timeline. At handover, mark the job Delivered, set the final Service Cost and discount, and collect payment.

The job card layout follows the repair print template chosen in Settings, classic or modern, with your company header, footer and terms. A barcode sticker on the device lets staff scan it to find the job.
Warranty is recorded per device with a Warranty Description and a Warranty Expiry Date; buttons from 1 Week to 1 Year fill the date in for you.
TV repair shop software for parts, payments and dealers
Parts are added to the job from stock or typed in, each with cost and tax. When a job turns out bigger or smaller than expected, Edit charges changes the service cost and discount and the balance updates straight away.
Payments are recorded against a payment account by cash, card, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, in full or in part. Refunds are capped at what the customer has paid, and a device you give back unrepaired is closed as Returned Without Service rather than deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Can electronics repair software handle brands that are not in its list?
Yes. In Quikpair, the Brand and Item fields on a repair accept a name that is not in your lists yet. Type it and Quikpair adds it as new.
How do I prove what condition a TV was in when it came in?
Quikpair's job card takes up to 10 photos per device, plus Risks and Excluded / Missing Items fields. Fill them in while the customer is at the counter, and the record stays with the repair.
Can I record a warranty on a repair?
Yes. Each device on a Quikpair repair has an Under Warranty switch with a Warranty Description and a Warranty Expiry Date, and quick buttons from 1 Week to 1 Year.
What if the final repair cost is different from the estimate?
Quikpair keeps the Estimated Cost and the Service Cost separate. Change the service cost with Edit charges or when marking the job Delivered, and the total and balance due update straight away.
