These are Quikpair’s repair shop software features, grouped the way a repair business works: the repair itself, the sales and stock around it, and the money at the end. Every module shares one account and the same live data, so a part fitted on a repair comes out of stock, a payment lands in a payment account, and the profit shows in the reports. Repairs: from intake to handover
In Quikpair a repair starts as a job card at the counter and becomes a repair ticket that moves through the workshop until it is Delivered. Customers can check the status themselves, and your team can send updates over WhatsApp.

- Job cards: the intake form, device lock, photos and a printable job sheet on A4 or 80mm thermal.

Sales and stock: what you sell, buy and rent
The counter, the shelf and the people you deal with are covered by the same app as the workshop, so a customer’s repairs, sales and balance sit on one record.
- POS and billing: barcode scanning, drafts, quotations, GST-ready invoices and sale returns.
- Inventory: SKUs, barcodes, serial numbers, cost batches, stock adjustment and barcode labels.

Every payment in Quikpair names the account it landed in, and every expense is paid from one, so the cash book, bank book and profit and loss are built from the same entries your staff make at the counter.

- Reports: around 40 date-ranged reports, including Profit & Loss, Outstanding, stock, tax and repairs by technician, each exportable to CSV.

Roles in Quikpair are granular: each module has view, create, edit and delete rights, plus specific rights such as processing payments, adjusting stock, updating status or applying a discount. A user only sees the modules and buttons their role allows.
