Repair shop CRM with every customer's repairs, bills and balance

Quikpair’s repair shop CRM keeps every customer’s repairs, sales, rent orders, payments and balance on one record. Customers can be personal or business, carry a credit limit and an opening balance, and be sent a statement link they open without logging in.

Customer repair history on one page

The customer report shows Total Repairs, Total Sales, Repair Balance, Sales Balance and the Total Outstanding Balance at the top, with tabs for their repairs, sales, payments and rent orders. Tapping a row opens that document, and New repair and New sale start a job with the customer already filled in.

From the Customers list, Add Repair and Add Sale on a row do the same, which is the fast path at the counter: find the person, then start the job.

Personal and business customers

Switch on Business to bill a company under its business name with its VAT or GST number, and the contact person stays alongside. Each record takes a phone number with country code, an alternate number, email, address and an optional Map Location, which is used to find nearby customers and to add them as stops on a lane.

Customer credit limits and opening balances

Set a Credit Limit per customer and the list shows how much of it is used as a colour. A sale that would take them past the limit shows Credit limit exceeded at the point of sale; it is a warning, not a block.

An opening balance, set as Receivable or Payable with a Balance Date, brings across what a customer already owed when you moved onto Quikpair, without re-entering old invoices.

Collecting payment and the customer wallet

Collect takes money against everything a customer owes rather than one invoice. Auto Distribution settles the oldest documents first, and Edit Amount changes the split. An overpayment lands in the customer’s Wallet automatically, shown apart from what they owe, and can be spent as a payment method on a future bill.

Statements and commission agents

A customer statement is a running ledger with opening and closing balances. Share statement sends it by WhatsApp or SMS as a link or a PDF, and it exports to PDF or Excel. The link is permanent, needs no login and is excluded from search engines.

A customer can also be marked as a Commission agent with a default percentage and credited on the sales, repairs and rent orders they refer. Each agent gets a Commission tab with earned, paid and pending amounts, payouts, and a shareable commission statement.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see a customer’s full repair history in Quikpair?

Yes. The customer report lists their repairs, sales, payments and rent orders in tabs, with repair and sales balances at the top, and each row opens the document.

Can I stop a customer going over their credit limit?

Credit limits are recorded per customer and the list shows utilisation as a colour. A sale past the limit shows Credit limit exceeded at the point of sale as a warning; it does not block the sale.

Can a customer see their own account?

Yes. Send them their statement link by WhatsApp or SMS. It is permanent, needs no login, shows only that customer, and is excluded from search engines.

How do I add a customer in Quikpair?

Open Customers and tap Add Customer, switch on Business if you are billing a company, enter the phone, email and address, and set a credit limit or opening balance if needed. The full steps are in the Add a customer guide under Customers.
