Used phone buy and sell software with IMEI, ID and profit per device

Quikpair’s used phone buy and sell software records each second-hand device from the seller who brought it in to the buyer who took it away. You capture the seller’s ID proof, the device’s IMEI numbers, its condition and photos, the purchase and selling prices, and payments in both directions, and Quikpair shows the profit or loss on every device.
Buying a used device with ID proof
Add Used Device starts with Seller Information: pick an existing customer or add a new one. Under ID Verification you set the ID Proof Type (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Other) and number, and photograph the document. Mark as ID Verified is ticked by whoever checked the document against the person; until then the record shows Not Verified.
The ID stays on the customer’s record too, in the ID Verification card on their customer report.
IMEI, condition and photos for second-hand mobile shop software
Device Information records the device name, brand, model, colour, RAM and storage, serial number, and IMEI 1 and IMEI 2. You record the Device Condition with remarks and add photos of the device as it came in, so you can prove what condition it arrived in.
- Purchase Price and Purchase Date.
- Selling Price (Listed) and a Min Selling Price, the floor you will not go below.
- Initial Payment to Seller, with the method and the payment account it comes from.
Selling and profit per device
Sell This Device records the buyer, the sold price and the sold date. Collect from Buyer takes the money, and Pay Seller settles what you still owe the person you bought from, so part-payments on either side are tracked. The Financial Summary shows Paid to Seller, Collected from Buyer and the resulting Profit / Loss.
Selling below the Min Selling Price is possible, but the device shows it. The list shows purchase and paid against sale and collected on each row, so a device paid for and not yet sold is easy to spot.
Returns, buy-back and stickers
Return on a device handles both directions: a Buyer return, where the customer brings the device back to you, and a Seller return, where you send it back to the original seller. You set the condition on return, the refund, and whether to re-list the device for sale. Returns History keeps every return, and Reverse undoes one while leaving the entry marked Reversed.
Print gives a device sticker for the shelf, using its own barcode layout, or a purchase or sale receipt as a Seller Copy or Buyer Copy. Share sends either copy by WhatsApp or SMS. The Used Device report covers the second-hand side, including a breakdown by brand.
