How to use Quikpair

Every module in Quikpair, what it does, and how to reach it — from taking in a repair to closing the books.

Getting started

New businesses sign up at /company/register and get a 14-day free trial. Staff sign in with a phone number or email and a password. Forgotten passwords are reset by WhatsApp OTP, which signs you straight in, or by an email link. Quikpair runs in any browser, installs as an app on your phone, and has native Android and iOS apps — all sharing one account and the same live data.

Finding your way around

On a phone, the bottom bar holds + New, your three most-used modules, and More — which opens everything else. On a desktop the full module list sits in the left sidebar. Your avatar, top right, switches branch and signs you out. Every list page works the same way: search at the top, a filter button beside it, removable filter chips below when filters are on, then the rows. Tapping a row opens it; each row also carries quick actions, with the rest under a ⋯ menu.

What kind of business is Quikpair for?

Phone and computer repair shops, electronics service centres, and workshops that also sell parts and accessories. It suits any small business that repairs, sells, buys or rents.

Does Quikpair work on mobile?

Yes — as a website, an installable app on your phone, and native Android and iOS apps. All share one account and the same live data.

Is Quikpair GST ready?

Yes. Tax rates are configurable per product, inclusive or exclusive, with GST and VAT numbers on customers and suppliers and a full set of tax reports.

Can I use Quikpair for more than one shop?

Yes. Multi-branch businesses switch branch from the profile menu, and reporting can be run per branch.

Can staff be restricted to only part of the system?

Yes. Roles control both which modules appear and which actions are allowed inside them, down to individual rights like processing a payment or applying a discount.

Can customers check their repair without calling the shop?

Yes. Send them the Track Repair link and they check the status with their ticket number — no account needed.

How does Quikpair handle serial-numbered stock?

Products can be marked as serialised. Serial numbers are captured when stock is received and chosen when it is sold or returned, so every unit stays traceable.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, with no card required.
