How to create a rental order in Quikpair

Book equipment out to a customer.

Steps

  1. Open Rent and tap New.

  2. Choose the customer.

    • 1 Select customer
  3. Set the start and end date and time for the hire.
  4. Add the items and quantities.
  5. Switch on delivery if you are dropping the equipment off, then set the address and delivery time.
  6. Add notes and any order discount.
  7. Optionally add a Commission agent to credit whoever referred the customer — it counts once the order is Confirmed. See Credit an agent on a sale, repair or rental under Customers.
  8. Save.
