How to check customer ID verification in Quikpair
See which ID you took, and whether anyone confirmed it.
Steps
- Open the customer report.
- Find the ID Verification card — it only appears once an ID has been recorded.
- It shows the ID Type and ID Number, with a Verified or Not Verified badge.
- Tap a thumbnail under ID Documents to see the photo full size.
Good to know
- The ID is captured when you buy a used device from someone, not on the customer form — that is the point where you are legally expected to have it. Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Other.
- Mark as ID Verified is set on that same screen, by whoever checked the document against the person.
