How to buy a used device in Quikpair

Take a second-hand device in from a seller.

Steps

  1. Open Used devices and tap Add Used Device.

  2. Under Seller Information, pick an existing customer or tap New Customer and enter the Seller Name, Seller Phone and Seller Address.

    • 1 Seller Name
    • 2 ID Proof Type
  3. Under ID Verification, set the ID Proof Type — Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Other — and the ID Proof Number, and photograph the document.
  4. Tick Mark as ID Verified once you have checked the document against the person. Until then it shows Not Verified.
  5. Under Device Information, enter the device name, brand, model, Color, RAM and storage, the serial number, and IMEI 1 and IMEI 2.
  6. Record the Device Condition and any Remarks / Notes, and Add photos of the device as it came in.
  7. Under Pricing & Date, set the Purchase Price and Purchase Date.

    • 1 Purchase Price
    • 2 Selling Price (Listed)
  8. Set the Selling Price (Listed) and a Min Selling Price — the floor you will not go below.
  9. Under Initial Payment to Seller, enter the Amount Paid now, the Payment Method and the Payment Account it comes from.
  10. Save.
