How to edit the barcode sticker layout in Quikpair

Drag the fields you want onto the label and arrange them.

Steps

1. Open the Barcode Sticker Layout Editor — or the Product Barcode Layout Editor for product labels.

   

   • 1 Barcode
   • 2 Save Settings

2. Available Fields lists what can go on the sticker. Drag fields onto the canvas.
3. Drag to resize a field, and drag it again to reposition it.
4. With a field Selected, set its Font Size, Font Weight — Normal, Semi-Bold or Bold — Style, and Text Align.
5. Show Label prints the field name beside the value; Show Number Below Barcode prints the code as text under the bars.
6. Remove field takes one off.
7. Save.

Good to know

• A price on the sticker means repricing needs a reprint — worth thinking about before adding it.
• The number below the barcode is what saves you when a scanner will not read a damaged label.
