How to send an invoice by WhatsApp in Quikpair

Send the customer their invoice without printing anything.

Steps

1. Open the sale and tap Share.

2. Check the phone number, which is filled in from the customer record.
3. Edit the message if you want — it starts from your saved template.
4. Send by WhatsApp or SMS.

Good to know

• The link is permanent and needs no login, so the customer can reopen it later.
