How to pick serial numbers on a sale in Quikpair
For a serialised product, record exactly which physical units the customer walked away with.
Steps
- Add the serialised product to the sale and set the quantity.
- Tap the serials control on that line — Enter Serial Numbers opens.
- Pick the units going out from the ones you hold in stock.
- Tap Save Serials.
Good to know
- The sale cannot be completed while a serialised line still has units to choose, so it is not something to skip and fix later.
- This is what makes a warranty claim or a return traceable to one device rather than to a model.
