How to find a sale return in Quikpair

Track what has come back and what is still waiting on a decision.

Steps

1. Open Sale Returns.

   

   • 1 Search

2. Search by return number or customer.
3. Tap the filter button for Filter Sale Returns.

   

   • 1 Apply Filters

4. Pick a status — All Status, Pending, Approved, Rejected or Refunded.
5. Set a From Date and To Date for a period.
6. Apply the filters.

Good to know

• Pending is the list that matters day to day: returns someone raised that nobody has decided on.
• Refunded means the money has actually gone back, which is not the same as Approved.
