How to print a quotation in Quikpair

Give a customer a price before they commit to anything.

Steps

1. Build the sale as usual and Save Draft rather than completing it.
2. Find it on the Sales list under the Draft tab.
3. Tap Print Quotation on its row.

Good to know

• The button only appears on a draft. Once the sale is completed the same document prints as an invoice.
• Nothing is committed by a quotation — no stock moves and no money is owed until you complete the sale.
• To turn it into a sale, open the draft from Drafts and complete it.
