How to share a sale invoice link in Quikpair

A page the customer opens on their own phone, with no login.

Steps

1. Open the sale and tap Share.

2. Check the Customer Phone Number, which comes from their record.
3. Message Preview shows what they will receive.
4. Send by WhatsApp or SMS — or tap Public Link to copy the address and paste it anywhere.

Good to know

• On that page the customer gets the full invoice, with Print Invoice and Download PDF.
• The link does not expire and needs no account, so they can reopen it months later.
• It shows that one invoice only — not their ledger, and not any other document.
