How to edit a sale in Quikpair

Change a sale before it is issued.

Steps

1. Open Sales and find the invoice.
2. Tap Edit on the row, or open the sale and use Edit.

   

   • 1 Update Sale

3. Change the customer, dates, line items, discounts or notes.
4. Save.

Good to know

• Only drafts can be edited. Once an invoice is sent, correct it with a sale return instead — that keeps the audit trail and the stock figures honest.
