What the repair reports in Quikpair show
How the workshop is doing: throughput, who is doing the work, and what is stuck.
Steps
- Repair Summary counts jobs and revenue over a period.
- Repair by Status shows how many jobs sit at each stage, with an aging analysis of how long they have been there.
- Repair by Technician ranks the workshop by jobs completed and value.
Good to know
- Only Delivered repairs count as revenue, so a job finished but not handed over will not appear in the money figures — see Deliver a repair and take the money.
- The aging analysis on Repair by Status is the one that finds forgotten devices: jobs that have sat at Waiting Parts for weeks.
