How to send a repair update by WhatsApp in Quikpair

Tell the customer where their device is, without typing it out.

Steps

1. Open the repair and tap WhatsApp.

   

   • 1 WhatsApp

2. Check the phone number, which is filled in from the customer record.
3. The message starts from your saved template and includes the ticket number and status — edit it if you want.
4. Send via WhatsApp, or Send as SMS.

   

   • 1 Send via WhatsApp

Good to know

• If the customer has a second number on file, Select Phone Number lets you pick which one to send to.
• Message Preview shows exactly what they will receive before you send it.
• Templates are edited under Settings → Messages, so the whole shop sends the same wording.
