How to find a repair in Quikpair

Get to the right job on a busy board.

Steps

  1. Open Repairs and type a ticket number, customer name or phone into the search box.

  2. Or tap Scan and scan the barcode sticker on the device.
  3. Use the status tabs along the top for a quick cut — All, In Store, Pending, In Progress, Waiting Parts, Ready, Completed, Delivered, Returned or Cancelled.
  4. The row of chips under them cuts by payment instead — All, Due, Partial or Paid.
  5. Tap the filter button for more: customer, assigned technician, date range, issues, payment status, and resolved or not resolved.

  6. Apply Filters. The chips below the search box show what is on, and each one clears on its own.
