How to edit a repair in Quikpair

Correct the device details, the costs or who is working on it.

Steps

1. Open the repair, or tap Edit on its row in the list.

   

   • 1 Edit

2. Change the device details, issues, includes and excludes, risks or the device lock.
3. Reassign the technician, or change the expected completion and collection dates.
4. Adjust the estimated cost, service cost or warranty.
5. Save.

   

   • 1 Update Repair

Good to know

• To change the customer instead, use Change on the customer block at the top of the repair.
