How to delete a repair in Quikpair
Remove a job card raised in error — including one that already has money on it.
Steps
- Open the repair, or find it in the list.
- Choose Delete from the ⋯ menu.

- 1 Delete
- Tap Continue — Quikpair checks what is attached to the job before it deletes anything.

- 1 Continue
- If nothing is attached it says Ready to delete and shows the ticket, customer, item and status. Check it is the right job, then tap Delete Repair.
- If payments or parts are attached it says Cannot delete repair and lists them instead. Nothing has been deleted.
- Clear them from that list: the bin beside a payment removes that one, Delete All clears them together, and parts work the same way.

- 1 Delete All
- 2 Recheck
- Tap Recheck. With nothing left attached the dialog turns green, and Delete Repair finishes the job.
Good to know
- This is deliberate — deleting a repair that has money against it would leave the payment stranded and your accounts wrong, so Quikpair makes you deal with the money first.
- Deleting a payment here removes it from the payment account it landed in too.
- If the job really happened, set it to Cancelled or Returned Without Service instead of deleting it — that keeps the history.
- Deleting needs the repair delete permission.
