How to batch repairs in Quikpair

Group several jobs from one customer so they move, print and get paid together.

Steps

1. Open one of the repairs and choose Make Batch.

   

   • 1 Make batch

2. To add more jobs later, open Manage and pick from that customer’s other repairs.
3. Active Batches lists every batch on the go, with the jobs in each.

   

   • 1 Active Batches
   • 2 All In-Store Repairs

4. Print batch produces one document covering all of them.
5. Remove a job from a batch with Remove — the repair itself is untouched.

Good to know

• One payment can settle a whole batch, which is the main reason to use one — see Take payment for a batch.
• A job already in another batch is shown as In other batch and cannot be added twice.
