How to return a rental in Quikpair

Book the equipment back in.

Steps

1. Open the order and choose Return.

   

   • 1 Mark Returned

2. Tick the units coming back and set the date and time each was returned.
3. Set the condition of each one — good, damaged or lost.
4. Account for any add-ons that went out with it.
5. Save, then settle what is owed or refund the deposit.

Good to know

• A late or early return is handled through Extend, which adjusts the pricing; the return itself records condition.
