How to add rental insurance in Quikpair

Cover on an item, with terms the customer agrees to.

Steps

1. On the rent order, tap Change on the item.

   

   • 1 Save Insurance

2. Switch on Insurance and choose the Tier.
3. The Terms are the ones set on the product, and are editable for this order if this booking needs different wording.
4. Reset to product default puts the standard terms back.
5. Save the order.

Good to know

• The terms are recorded against the booking, so what the customer agreed to is what you can show later.
• Save Insurance applies it to that item; the order total updates with it.
• Insurance is priced by tier on the product, so a weekly hire and a daily one are covered at different rates.
