How to extend a rental in Quikpair

Let the customer keep it longer.

Steps

  1. Open the order.

  2. Choose Extend.

  3. Pick what kind of change it is — a Planned extension, a Late return, or an Early return.
  4. Set the New end and a Reason.
  5. Tap Get pricing options — Quikpair re-quotes for the new window.
  6. Apply, or Apply (no refund) when you are extending goodwill rather than re-pricing.
