How to check rental availability in Quikpair

Before you promise a customer anything, see what is actually free for their dates.

Steps

1. Open Rent and go to the Availability tab.

   

2. Pick a date range — Quick presets cover the common windows, or use a Custom range.
3. Each product shows what is Available for this window, and Fully booked when nothing is left.
4. All in cart shows what you have already put aside for this booking.
5. See all tier rates shows what the item costs at each duration.
6. Availability Filters narrow the list to what you care about.

Good to know

• Availability is worked out for the whole window, not for today — an item out until Friday is not free for a Wednesday booking.
