How to view product history in Quikpair

Every purchase, sale, repair and adjustment that changed the stock figure.

Steps

1. Open the product and choose Product History.

   

   • 1 Purchases
   • 2 Repairs

2. Quick Filters cut it to Today, This Week or This Month; Date Filters take a Start Date and End Date.
3. Filter by type: Purchases, Sales or Repairs.
4. Each row shows the Party, the Reference, the quantity and the Unit Price.
5. Total Transactions counts what the filters are showing.

Good to know

• This is the answer to "why does the system say seven when there are five on the shelf" — the history says what moved and who moved it.
