How to find a product in Quikpair

Search the catalogue, or pull out what needs reordering.

Steps

1. Open Products and search by name, SKU or barcode — or tap Scan Barcode and scan the item.

   

   • 1 Scan Barcode

2. Use the quick filters for Stock Status: In Stock, Low Stock, Out of Stock, or Services.
3. Tap Filters for Filter Products: brand, category, Product Type and whether the product is active.

   

   • 1 Apply Filters

4. Apply Filters.

Good to know

• Low Stock means the quantity has fallen to the alert level you set on the product — it is the reorder list.
• Inventory overview at the top totals what the catalogue is worth.
• An Inactive product stays on file with its history but stops being offered at the counter.
