How to use a customer wallet in Quikpair
Money you are holding on the customer’s behalf, kept apart from what they owe.
Steps
- Open the customer’s report or statement — the wallet card shows the balance being held.

- An overpayment lands in the wallet automatically, so most of the time there is nothing to do.
- To put money in or take it out by hand, tap Adjust, choose Add or Take out, enter the amount and a reason, and save.
- To spend it, collect a payment as usual and choose Wallet as the payment method — Quikpair offers at most what is held and what is owed.
- The movements list under the card shows every credit and debit with its running balance.
Good to know
- A wallet is money you hold for them, not money they owe you — the two are shown separately on purpose.
- A wallet payment settles against funds already banked, so it does not ask for a payment account.
- Suppliers have wallets too, on the supplier report and statement.
