How to send a customer statement PDF in Quikpair

Some customers want the document, not a link.

Steps

1. Open the customer statement and tap Share statement.

   

   • 1 Share statement
   • 2 PDF

2. Under Send Mode, choose whether to send the link or Send File.
3. Sending the file, Quikpair generates the PDF first — PDF will be generated while it works.
4. Check the Statement Summary and Message Preview.
5. Send via WhatsApp, or Send via SMS.

Good to know

• Your device share sheet opens for the file, so the PDF can go anywhere — email, a chat app, or storage.
• The link is lighter and always current; a PDF is a snapshot of the filters you had set when you sent it.
