How to add a repair or sale from a customer in Quikpair

Skip the customer picker — start the document from the customer instead.

Steps

1. Open Customers and find them.
2. Tap Add Repair to book a device in with the customer already filled in — a phone shortens the button to Repair.

   

3. Tap Add Sale to ring one up the same way — Sale on a phone.
4. View Repairs and View Sales open their existing documents, filtered to them.
5. View Pending Payments — the red balance on the row — opens what they still owe.

• This is the fast path at the counter: find the person, then start the job, rather than starting the job and hunting for the person.
