How the shared customer statement works in Quikpair
The page a customer opens from the link you send — their whole account, without a login.
Steps
- Send them the statement — see Send a customer statement.
- They open Account Statement: opening balance, every transaction, and the closing balance.
- Quick Period gives them This month, Last month and so on; Custom Range takes their own dates.
- Filter Transactions narrows it to charges or payments.
- Download PDF Statement saves a copy.
- Repair Details on a repair line opens what was done to that device.
Good to know
- Before this period is the balance carried in, so a filtered statement still adds up.
- All settled shows when there is nothing outstanding.
- The page carries your shop’s contact details, so Chat and Contact Us reach you rather than Quikpair.
- It needs no account and does not expire. It shows that customer only.
