How to find a customer in Quikpair

Get to the right record, or pull out a group of them.

Steps

1. Open Customers and type a name, phone or email into the search box. Nearby customers sorts by who is closest, and needs location access.

2. Use the tabs for a quick cut by type — All, Business or Direct.
3. The chips beside them cut by payment — Pending or Paid.
4. Tap the filter button for Filter Customers: customer type, payment status, and a Minimum pending amount with a Pending Amount To.

5. Apply Filters. The chips under the search box show what is on, and Clear All resets them.

Good to know

• Pending with an amount range is how you find the debts worth chasing — everyone owing more than a figure you set.
• Direct means an individual; Business means a company, billed under its business name.
