How to return a used device in Quikpair
Handle a device the buyer brings back.
Steps
- Open the device and choose Return — it sits in the action bar on a desktop browser; the phone’s icon row carries Print, Share, Pay Seller, Sell and Delete instead.

- Choose the Return type: a Buyer return, where the customer returns to us, or a Seller return, where we return to the original seller.
- Set the Condition on return — Good, Damaged, or Not as described.
- Enter the refund against the Original amount, and add Notes (optional).
- Tick Re-list this device for sale if it is going back on the shelf.
- Tap Record Return. Device status will flip to tells you what the device becomes.
Good to know
- The two directions are opposites: a buyer return brings the device back to you and pays the customer; a seller return sends it away and recovers what you paid.
- Returns History lists every return on the device. Edit Return corrects one, and Reverse undoes it — the entry stays, marked Reversed, rather than disappearing.
