How to find a used device in Quikpair

Search the shelf, or pull out what is still unsold.

Steps

1. Open Used devices and search — or tap Scan device QR / barcode and scan the sticker.

   

   • 1 Scan device QR / barcode

2. Tap Filters for Filter Devices.

   

   • 1 Apply Filters

3. Cut by Device Status: in stock, sold or Returned.
4. Apply Filters.

Good to know

• The list shows Purchase / Paid against Sale / Collected on each row, so a device you have paid for and not yet sold is obvious.
