How to send a payment reminder in Quikpair

Nudge the customers who owe you, from the report that lists them.

Steps

  1. Open Reports and run the Outstanding report.

  2. Sort or filter to the balances you want to chase.
  3. Tap Remind on a row. It sits in the table’s Actions column, so it is on the desktop layout — the phone shows the balances without the row actions.
  4. Check the message — it starts from your saved template — and send it by WhatsApp or SMS.
