How to receive stock against a purchase in Quikpair

Move an order into inventory when it arrives.

Steps

1. Open the purchase, or tap Receive Items on its row in the list.
2. Tap Receive Items.

   

   • 1 Receive items

3. Quikpair asks to confirm on a Receive Purchase Order box.
4. Tap Receive Items again. Stock levels go up and the order is marked Received.

   

   • 1 Receive Items

Good to know

• Stock only increases when you receive — until then it is an order, not stock on hand.
• Once received, a purchase can no longer be edited or deleted; use a purchase return instead.
