How to share a purchase order link in Quikpair

A page the supplier opens without an account.

Steps

1. Open the purchase and tap Share.

2. Check the Supplier Phone Number, which comes from their record.
3. Message Preview shows what they will receive.
4. Send by WhatsApp or SMS — or tap Public Link to copy the address and paste it into an email.

Good to know

• On that page the supplier sees the order, with Print Purchase Order and Download PDF.
• It shows that one order only and needs no login, so a supplier can work straight from it.
