How to pay a supplier in Quikpair

Settle a purchase, fully or in instalments.

Steps

1. Open the purchase and tap Pay — or use Pay on the row.

   

   • 1 Make payment

2. Enter the amount, choose the method and the account it comes from.
3. Add a reference if you paid by cheque or transfer.
4. Record the payment.

   

   • 1 Cash
   • 2 Pay

Good to know

• To clear several bills for one supplier at once, use pending payments on the supplier.
