How to find a purchase order in Quikpair

Get to the right order without scrolling.

Steps

  1. Open Purchases and search by order number or supplier.

  2. Use the tabs along the top for a quick cut by status — All, Draft, Ordered, Received or Cancelled.
  3. The chips beside them cut by payment instead — All, Due, Partial or Paid.
  4. Tap the filter button for Filter Purchase Orders: status, payment status, and a From Date and To Date range.

  5. Apply Filters. The chips under the search box show what is on, and each clears on its own.
