How to add charges to a purchase in Quikpair

Record the freight, packing or handling the supplier put on the invoice.

Steps

1. On the purchase, tap Add charge.

   

   • 1 Add charge
   • 2 Create Purchase

2. Name it and set the amount.
3. Add another for each separate charge on the supplier bill.
4. Remove charge takes one off again.

Good to know

• Charges go on the order total but are not stock, so they do not change what any product costs you.
• Matching them to the supplier invoice line for line is what makes the two agree later.
