How to view a payment account statement in Quikpair

Every movement in and out of one account.

Steps

1. Open Payment accounts and open the account.
2. Account statement lists each transaction with its date, description and the running balance.

   

3. Filter it to a period, and Clear to go back to everything.

Good to know

• This is where a cash drawer that does not match the till is explained: each payment, transfer, deposit and withdrawal is a line.
• All transactions loaded tells you that you have reached the end of the ledger.
