How to create a van sales route in Quikpair
Build the round your rep will drive.
Steps
- Open Lanes and tap Add Lane.
- 1 Add Lane
- Under Lane details, set the Lane name, a code, and a description if it helps your team.
- 1 LANE NAME
- Tap Add stops and Select Customers — pick everyone on the round.
- Drag to reorder the stops, or tap Optimise to put them in the shortest driving order.
- Under Field reps, Assign Field Reps who run it.
- Leave the lane active and save.
Good to know
- Optimising needs the stops to have map locations — set one on the customer record if a stop is missing. See Pin a customer on the map.
- Remove stop takes a customer off the round without touching their record.
- Give the route order the whole screen expands the stop list when you are reordering a long round.
