How to collect payment on a route in Quikpair

Steps

1. Open the lane and tap Collect on the stop you are standing at.

2. Set the amount — Full fills the whole due, Half splits it — then pick how they paid and which account it lands in.

   

   • 1 Full
   • 2 Collect

3. Tap Collect to record it. Collected into shows which account took the money.

Good to know

• The collection is credited to this lane and to the rep who took it, which is what makes the day reconcilable.
• Split by payment account breaks the day’s takings down by where the money went — cash in the van against transfers straight to the bank.
