    "Commission is worked out before tax: on a sale, on the subtotal after the invoice discount; on a repair, on the service cost; on a rent order, on the rental subtotal after the order discount.",
    "When it counts: a sale earns straight away; a repair only once it is Delivered; a rent order once it is Confirmed. A repair that is Returned or Cancelled, or a cancelled rent order, earns nothing.",
